I work as a leasing manager regarding short-term leases. Six shopping centres belong to my portfolio.This role includes active seeking and contacting of new tenants to shopping centre premises and negotiation of lease agreements, at the same time maintaining excellent tenant and landlord relations, and making sure the specialty leasing income grows steadily and ensuring strategic planning towards it. In addition, this role includes KPI – reporting tasks.

During master's studies at Hanken, I have been a part of ABC Oy Ab where we have sold and implemented different consulting projects to different organizations.

Marketing and communications’ tasks were in the center of this role which included, e.g., creating both marketing and informative content to different marketing channels in Finnish, Swedish, and English. In addition, this role included customer service online and offline. As an informaticist, I also received a chance to lead different projects and work with different stakeholders. I received excellent feedback on my communications skills, problem-solving skills, and how I interacted with customers even in challenging situations.

In this role I worked independently in co-operation with accounting and payroll services and developed company’s marketing channels. I coordinated several new development projects which we sold as a co-operation partner for different client constructors and, e.g., planned marketing action for different phases of the building project and sales. The most important task for me was to independently sell right-of-occupancy apartments as a co-operation partner for a well-known Finnish right-of-occupancy company. This was a part of a bigger pilot and I also reported directly to the franchisor, Kiinteistömaailma Oy, of the results. I received high customer feedback. Feedback given to me was always graded as 4-5/5.
