• Implementation of global contract at country level. • Liaising with Global account managers and business implementation team to understand the global contract and to communicate the local requirements, challenges and resources required for specific Global accounts and Key account.• Developing and designing plans to implement global contracts for Global and Key accounts. • Keeping track Global and Key accounts at country level to recognize opportunity, possibilities or threat and communicate this to country management at global account team and design plan to respond to this • Understanding of requirements of Global and key accounts at country level. And developing, design the service with product directors and management.• Keeping track of vendors used to deliver the service of Global and Key accounts. • Designing and implementation of CSOP and LSOP as per local requirement of Global and Key accounts. • Ensuring that committed service level is delivered to client through operations and customer service teams• Keeping updated global teams about the local development of GA and KA• Generating revenue through global and key accounts at country level. • Working closely with product directors to develop the product. • Keeping track of over dues for global and key accounts and designing plans with the Credit control team for effective collection.
