CurrentAdvance the important work of CWC and its affiliates (NT LAKIS, , and EASI) by expanding its services into the higher education community. Advise member organizations on human resources and equal opportunity and affirmative action compliance to mitigate the risk of systemic discrimination and regulatory obligations. Approx. 20% of Fortune 100 companies outsource their affirmative action compliance requirements to CWC affiliates. The foundation of my work in equal opportunity and affirmative action initiatives is to support core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Beyond the legislative imperative, these initiatives provide a comprehensive and strategic direction to enhance diversity and provide a path forward/toward a more equitable, accessible, and inclusive environment where all members of the community are valued and supported to achieve their fullest potential.Consulting and support services include:⇨ Develop, implement, and evaluate affirmative action and OFCCP compliance programs⇨ Conduct statistical analyses of employment transactions and compensation data to ensure equity and mitigate the risk of systemic discrimination⇨ Design and construct internal monitoring programs to effectively manage nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and workforce diversity initiatives⇨ Represent clients in interactions with OFCCP, the EEOC, and state and local enforcement agencies during audits: prepare audit submissions, provide background support, facilitate on-site activities, and consult on conciliation efforts⇨ Train personnel on compliance-related subjects
