Auditing of DSR (Daily Sales Report) while ensuring the same is sent daily within specified timelines, EPOS, Funds Flow statements, inflow and outflow of material, ordering of stock as and when required.8. Alignment of all LOGIC (software) related working and issues.9. Meeting with Nokia distributors, as and when required.10. Responsible for fruitful coordination between the store managers, office staff, distributors and vendors.My Achievements are:1. Won awards like Highest ASP (Avg. Sales Price), Best growth in Overall Sales, Best growth in Touch Screen Phone sales.2. Have been consistently achieving above 85% of sales targets across stores.3. Audit Scores have been above 7.5 on a consistent basis (on a scale of 8) for all stores.4. Rajouri Garden (Westgate Mall) store has maintained the highest ASP (Average Sales Price) amongst all Nokia NPDs across Delhi.5. Janakpuri Store has shown the highest Sales Growth in the very first 3 months of opening; Sept’09 to Nov’09 – 95% growth (19 lacs to 37 lacs). And has maintained a sale of above 35 lacs since then. 6. Noida (Great India Place Mall) Store has done a sale of 7.50 lacs on a single day – Highest amongst all Nokia stores in Noida. Show less

This was an own venture, aimed at popularising the sport of Women's Beach Volleyball in India, under the brand name 'Volleigirl'.As a co-founder, I was responsible for Vendor Management, Operations, Liasioning and Sponsorship tie-ups for the venture.The project was authenticated and approved by the statutory governing body of the sport in India - 'Volleyball Federation of India'.
