As a consulting lead at Deloitte, led the development of 'Financial Services Industry' consulting practice through business development and management of engagements for Global and Indian Banking and Financial Services players.During this time, advised and assisted country's leading Micro-Finance business in obtaining the 'Universal Banking License' and its set-up to be India's newest 'Bank' in the last decade. This was a significant step in Financial Inclusion as it brought millions of financial excluded into the banking fold.I had the privilege of leading the multi-year and multi-stream program for setting up of this ‘New Bank’ including Strategy formulation, and Design and Build of Bank’s Business & Operating Model (i.e. Channels, Products, Processes, Policies etc.) and its implementation. A trend-setting asset-light technology sourcing model was introduced and implemented as a part of this engagement.Led pan-country sales and customer experience transformation program for a leading business lender resulting in significant uplift in productivity and revenue, and improvement in turnaround times.Assisted two of the world's leading banks with the design and execution of Operational improvement programs resulting in significant value liberation.

It has Australia’s largest branch network and is the second largest bank by assets.During my stint at Westpac:Successfully led various enterprise transformation and business improvement programs/projects across Business & Consumer banking areas resulting in better customer experience,value liberation and convergence.Established process management and business architecture capabilities across multiple brands to enable productivity improvement and improve operational effectiveness. This included setting up of an enterprise metrics framework, business architecture reference model and an end-to-end Process Ownership Model for key enterprise processes. In a highly competitive and low credit growth banking environment, supported formulation of the enterprise productivity vision in consultation with senior stakeholders/ leadership and set up next wave of transformation journey for the bank with a time horizon of 5 years.
