As a project manager for HP Inc. CS NA Field & Channel focusing on special projects for the contractual space. Projects range for custom tool deployment, process improvement, to training development. Even as a PM, she continues to use her creative mindset to identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions. With people being her passion, she provides opportunities to individuals that desire growth with stretch assignments to enhance their skillset. She is very active with DEI initiatives including NSBE, SWE, Global Multicultural BIN, Remote Black Employee BIN, and the Beacon Newsletter.In her previous role as People, Engagement & DEI Program Manager for CS NA Field & Channel. She used creative and innovative ways to create people related programs that include diversity, equity, and inclusion, engagement, training and career development, recognition, and communications. She has also driven leadership development to enable managers to drive an inclusive environment, recognize their people in meaningful ways, and increase engagement. In her role as District Manager for HP, is where her understanding and passion for people related programs began. Although her role was to manage a broad region of employees supporting BOA and Wells Fargo, her greatest accomplishment was building a team where the individuals felt valued and recognized for their work. This enabled her to drive results while maintaining employee engagement. India believes the success of our business lies within our people. She strives to drive a culture where people are free to be themselves, have opportunities for growth, and love where they work.India joined HP in 2003 as a Field Technician and sought out mentoring and development opportunities that enabled her to grow her career. She is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and has completed HP Catalyst and the McKinsey Leadership Development Program. Just as a great leader has done for her, she also acts as a mentor and trusted advisor to individuals who would otherwise be overlooked to grow in their careers. She loves to read anything that will make her smile or warm her heart. She also loves cycling, weightlifting, and Pilates. Traveling is a must for her because she has family all over the world.
