• Overhauled "Communications Style Guide" and all templates, to create a professional and cohesive brand.
• Created a universal style guide (design bible) for my department and anyone succeeding me in the future. Tied current design language with previous endeavors before my tenure with focus on future development.

I help local groups and small businesses gain an online presence. I do that by creating marketing strategies for them and designing eye-catching branding that sets them apart from their competition.

• Responsible for every marketing graphic created and distributed: nearly 40 postcards in 2012, all e-mail (both marketing blasts and day-to-day Salesforce) templates, brochures, fliers, posters, coupon books, etc.
• My 2011 direct marketing campaigns caused roughly a 16.8% increase in website visitors and unique visitors, a 15.49% increase in total page views, as well as a $3 Million (30%) increase in revenue.
• Reduced yellow page spending from $52,000 per year in 2009 to the current budget of $23,000 while upping ROI.
• 13.73% increase in leads from 2010 to 2011 and lead to customer conversion has doubled the lead to customer conversion rate.
• Assisted in creating the new M.C. Mobility website (www.mcmobilitysystems.com), independently created D&S Automotive website (www.dsautomotive.com), and cleaned up the Ability Van Rentals (www.abilityvanrentals.com).
• Managed Salesforce for 16 salespeople, 4 store managers, the Sales Manager, General Manger, and the Marketing Department, including: data manipulation (add/drop rows, inserting new fields with data), report building.

I did assistant lab work for most of the school year. Mixing chemical solutions, changing laser dyes, setting up the vacuum chamber. I was by far the youngest member of the group, working with grad students as a undergrad freshman.
