Job Description and Responsibilities :- Managing L2 Support team for APAC region, which supporting Qvantel's global customers in APAC, LATAM and EMEA region- Immediate escalation point for L2 Support Engineers- Participate and own the platform with standardization, design, support, deployment and automation development of the whole platform, including Infrastructure and all components part of Qvantel solution.- Acts as Technical Leader specialized in the standardization and performance of the platform for every component deployment

Job Description :• Prepare and execute E2E Test Plan for Optiva Charging Engine service delivery• Optiva Charging Engine Product service testing delivery on GCP /K8 platform• Product configuration based on customer’s business requirements.• Integrate Optiva Charging Engine with other 3rd party including Provisioning System, CRM, Data Warehouse, Billing system, PCEF/PCRF and Reporting system.• Provide technical consultation for Optiva Charging Engine customers, including perform proof of concept or product capabilities demo to customers.Project Experience :1. Vodafone India : Execute performance testing of Optiva Online Charging System running on Gen10 and Gen7 system2. Vodafone Germany : Testing 4 orders related to VoIP/SIP features delivery3. Optiva Online Charging System Product Testing in Cloud (GCP/K8)4. Smart Philippines : • Working onsite to provide technical consultation helping customer configure campaign/offers to be delivered to market. • Optiva Charging System Unified 3.0 upgrade to Unified 10.3 as Tariff Migration Lead, including migrating Legacy Rate Plans Offers to Unified 10.3 systemAchievements :1. Successful delivery of orders CR64, CR65, CR67 and CR68 for Vodafone Germany's VoIP/SIP features until the orders are rolled-out into customer test system2. Successful regression Testing (99+ %) of Optiva Charging Engine Product features migration from Bare Metal system to GCP/K8 system3. Provide consultation for configuration, operation and maintenance to help Smart Phillippines launched 200+ new campaigns/Rate Plans/Offers in year 2018

Working in Agile development team (Scrum) as Senior QA Specialist :• Perform customer requirements analysis and prepare matrix of compliance of Redknee Online Charging System features.• Product configuration for the customer solution (database, settings, campaigns)• Perform trace analysis and provide solution for maintenance issues.• Evaluate and analyze R-Spec and 3rd party interface specification according to contract requirements.• Develop value added features for Redknee Online Charging System services based on technologies/protocols like SS7, Http, Diameter, SOAP, preSy, VoIP/SIP etc.• Creating test plan and design for both functional and non-functional test.• Creating test cases and performing test executions.• Creating test automation script covering regression test of software product.Project Experience :1. SMART Philippines : • Migration of 50+ mio subscribers from Unified 3.0 to Unified 10.3 system • Migration of 800+ Legacy Rate Plans/Offers to Unified 10.3 system • Provide consultation for configuration, operation and maintenance to help Smart Philipines launched 1000+ new campaigns/Rate Plans/Offers during year 2013-20152. AWCC Afghanistan : Major system upgrade of Unified 3.0 system from MR44 to MR62 release3. Maxis Malaysia : • Good and Service Tax implementation upon usage Project • Good and Service Tax implementation upon top up ProjectAchievements :1. Successful Migration of 50+ mio subscribers of Smart Philippines from Unified 3.0 system to Unified 10.3 system2. Job Description :• Business/marketing requirement gathering/analysis, solution design, solution development and testing.• Developing e-banking application for PT Bank Bukopin Indonesia using COBOL and RPG (AS400), Power Builder and Visual Basic. The e-banking channels managed are ATM, internet banking, sms banking and mobile banking. • Live system deployment procedure and provide support for any 3rd party system integration activities. The integration activity with 3rd party system mainly using ISO8583 messaging standard.Project experience :1. Payment gateway system for utilities bill payment (PLN-electricity, PAM-water, telecom bill payment)2. Prepaid reload system (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Smartfren, Three) thru ATM and SMS Banking3.
