I am trained as a journalist and have worked on policy research and advocacy in the areas of sustainable development and climate change over the past 15 years. I have acquired expertise in climate change negotiations and developed in depth understanding of international climate change policy, politics and diplomacy. My work and interests lie in research, analysis and evaluation of climate change policy, including resilience, adaptation and climate change related migration. My strengths lie in written and verbal communication, editing and programme management, including writing proposals, planning and organizing schedules and ensuring delivery of tasks. I am an excellent trainer, facilitator and knowledge manager. I respect cross-cultural sensitivities and am comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
