Reporting • Reconciliation/analysis of the Pan India headcount report on a weekly basis through payroll and HRIS system. • Reconciliation/analysis of the Attrition report on a weekly basis through payroll and HRIS system. • Reconciliation/analysis of employees’ salary report with payroll and HRIS system on a monthly basis. • Responsible for analyzing all the Ad-Hoc reports like employees bank account details, employees official ID etc. Quality Analyst • Responsible for tracking, maintaining and calculating the quality score of the team and of the individual on a monthly basis. • Implemented the quality dashboard to showcase to the management. • Responsible for setting the parameters for quality for different HR shared service processes. • Responsible for organizing discussions, trainings with the team for improvement in quality. Productivity Analyst • Responsible for tracking, maintaining and calculating the productivity score of the team and of the individual on a monthly basis. • Implemented the productivity dashboard to showcase to the management on a monthly basis. Analysis of the productivity score of the team and of the individual on a quarterly basis. • Responsible for organizing one on one discussions to encourage greater productivity.Training and Process Development (Training Analyst) • Responsible to train HR Specialists on HRIS and provide process/system support. • Responsible to maintain the process SharePoint on the system and update the HR users on the same periodically. • Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow diagram, process flows and training materials. • Responsible for providing ideas and suggestions to automate manually operated processes. • Also working in a transition of processes from Romania.

Query Management Advising managers on techno-functional issues arising when using the HR technical applications through calls and emails, these issues will be pertaining to: • Employee Transfers• Employee Separation• Business cost centre changes• Performance management tool• Learning and Development• Fostering a clear understanding of the company's policies and procedures and also communicatingthe policies to all employees when queried.Letter Generation Prepare, generate and provide employee promotion, increment, visa and other employment verification letters. Data Management • Update Employee details in Oracle Global Employee Management System pertaining to Onboarding, Employee Transfer (approving transactions on manager's behalf), Business Cost Centre Changes, Salary and promotion, Leave Entitlements (pro- rata and full annual entitlements) and Employee Separations (Personal Profiles, Employment Status, Compensation and Benefit status).
