As a Provider Partnership Lead in Provider Network Development Department, I have responsibilities to:1. Manage up to 100+ hospital providers consisting of Big chain and single hospitals.2. Responsible for negotiating referral fees with existing hospital providers and new hospitals to increase revenue contribution.3. To Achieved number of target revenues and transactions from the Hospital Appointment Referral Business.4. Monitoring and analyzing hospitals performance : weekly, monthly, quarterly and YoY.5. Supporting to collaboration between Halodoc with Insurance Businesses and Hospitals to hold event activations such as Health Talks, MCU, Vaksin injection, etc for corporate clients.

Liaise with across business function to ensure healthy growth from all hospitals providers3. Onboarding new providers on Halodoc Apps: document and legal collection, set up training and live date.4. Monitoring and analyzing hospitals performance: weekly, monthly, quarterly and YoY5. Account management from all providers that has been acquired.
