Current- Bank Mandiri - Deployment PC & Server Technical Support Engineer● Reponsible for diagnosing & resolving hardawre, software & end user problems.● Supoport Engieer who come to the branch if there are problems.● Resolve customers, enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external sources and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.● Reponsible for QC Server branch after replace.- Pertamina Trans Kontinental - Deployment PC & Laptop- Askrindo - Join Domain & Migration data.- Arutmin Indonesia ( NPLCT) - IT Site Engineer ● Maintenance & Support of IT Infrastructure. ● Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, network, system, etc. ● Reponsible for diagnosing & resolving hardawre, software & end user problems.- Pertamina International Shipping - Deployment PC & Laptop- Bank Mandiri - Deployment Smarbranch- Technical Support Engieer● Reponsible for diagnosing & resolving hardawre, software & end user problems.● Supoport Engieer who come to the branch if there are problems.● Resolve customers, enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external sources and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.
