 Entrusted with managing end-to-end sourcing activities for commodity software, including licenses, commercially available software and custom-developed software, ensuring efficient procurement processes and compliance with contractual requirements. Utilize in-depth knowledge of contract terminology and negotiation skills to mitigate risks, achieve cost savings, and bring value to the company through effective source selection and fair value assessments. Take charge of the RFX (Request for Proposal/Quotation/Information) processes, providing recommendations for vendor selection based on thorough evaluations and generating documentation to meet budgetary and delivery goals.

 Manage end-to-end Royalty deals, including vendor set-up, by analyzing spend, conducting negotiations, and forming contracts with key suppliers; develop regional strategic agreements for Royalty deals as necessary and appropriate. Facilitate the appropriate cross-flow of terms and conditions between IBM customer agreements and third-party supplier agreements in Royalty deals. Lead the execution of RFPs and RFQs, vendor development, vendor management, contract management, negotiations, sourcing, and costing reduction initiatives, leveraging global market exposure.
