A graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, I also hold a business degree in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University. I have spent time in both private and public sectors of the business and along with culinary and operational knowledge I have strong contract negotiation and third party management experience. As a customer experience professional I am focused on programs and services that drive greater employee attraction, retention and engagement.
