I am a fun-loving, motivated IT professional with over 25 years of experience with a wide range of technologies. I find joy in providing excellent customer experiences and outcomes within organizations of any size. I communicate and collaborate very well with personnel at any level. My primary skill is with any version of the Windows OS, desktop and server. While Windows is my primary skill, I've been fortunate enough to be exposed to and use a plethora of other technologies - monitoring tools, automation tools, diagnostic tools, ticketing and change management systems, asset management systems, all the things that make IT work. I'm a naturally curious, hands-on, visual learner. I love not only continuing to improve in my existing skills, but also learning new skills that help me grow and develop while contributing to the overall mission and vision of the organization.
