In this role I was responsible for providing high-level administrative, contract management and project support to the ECU Health Centre Committee, which is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation of the ECU Health Centre. The role also provided support for the Industry Relationship Management (IRM) initiative and other strategic initiatives within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Partnerships) as they arose.

Providing high-level contract management, project coordination and administrative support to the ECU Health Centre Committee which is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation of the ECU Health Centre in Wanneroo, Western Australia.The ECU Health Centre, incorporating the Wanneroo GP Super Clinic, has increased access to much-needed community-based, primary health services in the northern metropolitan region. The state-of-the-art, $22 million facility integrates health service provision, clinical training and research in a ‘one-stop shop’ for patients, their families and carers.

Organising the Health Simulation Challenges, events where health students and health professionals learn with, from and about each other at interactive events involving live streaming, the use of high fidelity equipment and professional actors enacting real-life scenarios at the ECU Joondalup and Bunbury campuses, and WACRH in Geraldton.Tasks include:- booking locations and catering- manuscript review- event marketing- managing deadlines

I was involved in a range of roles in Interprofessional Learning in health, ranging from development of an assessment tool for Interporfessional Learning, through to organising educational events and project management of the development of audiovisual materials and manuals.For the largest part my involvement was through the IpAC Unit, the Interprofessional Ambulatory Care Unit, where interprofessional education and learning was provided to health students from a range of health disciplines, by a range of experienced health professionals, whilst providing client centred care to clients with chronic health issues.

My role as Project Officer - Education and Training at the Interprofessional Ambulatory Care (IpAC) Unit for the Office of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health Advancement) has multiple facets. I have been part of the initiation and continuous development of a service wich addresses the need of safe and supported student learning, as well as the need for chronic disease self management education and support in the community. My role has included:- development of an interprofesional learning assessment tool- providing training in interprofessional collaboration for the wide range of clinical supervisors in the project- develop interprofessional learning through simulation resource packs- organise interprofessional learning events for up to 110 students, involving live actor interaction and facilitated discussion- develop an online presence for the project

Over time, my responsibilities and knowledge about the health of Australia's Indigenous peoples have grown at the HealthInfoNet (AIH). I have looked after multiple health topics, created new sections of the website, co-authored a review of Indigenous offender health, was Deputy Editor of the Australian Indigenous HealthBulletin, provided internal and external training, and was the editor of the Summary and Overview of Australian Indigenous Health, two flagship publications of the AIH.I played a key role in the development of the yarning places, electronic networks that enable people with an interest in Indigenous health to share information, knowledge and experience. I developed an FAQ section and facilitated several topic-specific yarning places.

I started as an assistant working with SPSS data and grew to a senior research officer position. In this position I was responsible for the development, improvement and promotion of the communities of practice. I was also responsible for a range of sections of the website (www.healthinfonet.ecu.edu.au) and provide training to new staff. I frequently represented the organisation at conferences.

Customer care in France for Dutch insurance customers. My role involved direct communication with mechanics and medical personnel mainly in french to ensure best care for the insurers, whom I spoke with in Dutch. I also organised transport of clients and/or vehicles back to The Netherlands.

During a one-day course I sharpened my Excel skills. The course content included how to correctly structure spreadsheets, build functions.

Power Bi - Beginner & Advanced

During the two one-day courses I learned how to transform, analyse, and visualise data through Power BI. We learned how to import data.

During a two day course we explored how to ensure that those who use, will be using or will be affected by a service or product are.

Contract Management

A short course designed as a practical guide to managing the implementation and monitoring of contracts. Explored the concepts.
