As the Client Solution Specialist, I provide sales, service and implementation support for both new and ongoing client relationships. My role includes gathering requirements and providing documentation of this to ensure clients receive a solution which not only meets, but exceeds their needs. I act as a point of contact for clients, and may act as an escalation point for client implementation and servicing issues. In some cases, I will also perform general administrative support internally, as well as technical support for clients.

I started at Mindfull (formerly Cortell NZ) as a new graduate, and quickly found my niche in documentation, training and technical writing. My role has included a number of tasks, including business analysis work and writing requirements specification documents, as well as presenting training. I am also regularly deployed as a resource for developing client models using Cognos BI and Cognos TM1.

I worked at On Trays while studying at Victoria University. My role included memorising specialist facts around salamis and cheeses, balancing the till, customer service, and dealing with a variety of customers in a high pressured environment.
