> In charge of 4 companies 9 subsidaries including 2 in London > Follow up trial periods, medical insurance, medical check-ups, work injury, payroll, absences, news starters, leavers, maternity / paternity leave > Supervised fixed term contract, temporary contract, apprentices and interns : induction, drew up contracts, follow-up… > Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits, administering payroll with “Meilleure gestion” and undertaking monthly payment, > Execute the standard recruiting practice: short listing, appointment process, selecting candidates through direct advertising, networks or schools relation, > Organize employee and corporate training – analyzing needs, obtaining financement and follow up, > Update the benefits policy (health cover, life insurance, supplementary pension scheme).
