Up until now I've been really focused on my studies having finished a Bachelor degree in Medicinal Chemistry, a Master degree in Chemistry and, as if that wasn't enough, a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences where I played with the concepts of radiopharmacy and radiopharmaceutical development. You could just scroll down the page to find this information, but my point is I have a lot of interest for different areas and with the curious mindset that I have, it's preditable that I search to learn more about what I don't know so well. I also understand that this seems very academical, however some of my path (including the PhD) was done in an industry environment. This allowed me to learn more about and be in contact with the praticality that the Industry Research requires vs the fundamentalism of Academia. And frankly, as a very pratical and pragmatic individual myself, I enjoyed it so much. So, to sum up, my professional path as been a reflection of my versatility, pragmatism and curiosity.I also became Co-founder and Vice-President of the non-profit GiraCatavento, which aims to have a positive impact in East Timor education system. I have been very interconnected with several organizations throughout my adult life as helping others and having a beneficial impact is important for me.Every experience that I had certainly contributed for my own growth and evolution - which is and will be continued for sure! Sometimes growth is not that pleasant but it sure is rewarding.Right now I am looking for the next opportunity that will catch my curiosity and expand my knowledge and to which I can provide value with my transferable skills. With that, feel free to reach out!
