CurrentClient Management: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are well-supported throughout the lifecycle of their campaigns. This involves understanding their business goals, offering strategic insights, and maintaining regular communication to ensure alignment with objectives.Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Collaborating with clients to design, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns that align with their marketing goals. This includes analyzing performance data, making data-driven recommendations for optimization, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs.Technical Troubleshooting: Addressing and resolving any technical issues that arise during the execution of campaigns, ensuring that delivery remains smooth and effective. This involve troubleshooting tracking pixels, resolving ad-serving issues, or addressing discrepancies in reporting.Performance Reporting: Delivering detailed reports that provide insights into campaign performance, helping clients understand the impact of their investment. Providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as sales, product, and technical support to ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly and that client expectations are exceeded.Negotiation & Client Retention: Leading contract negotiations and renewal discussions with clients, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to meet evolving client needs.
