• Control and quality review at various steps of the KYC process of files performed by the Data Officer;• Conducting an overall analysis and risk assessment of current and potential clients according to BNPP internal policies and procedures and European directives against AML/CFT;• Identify the client and its UBOs, related individuals and entities and ownership structure;• Ensure and validate that documents are consistent, valid and adequate with the most recent internal procedures/guidelines;• Analysis and gathering of most frequent blocking points or deficiencies in the KYC process in order to assess the needs of specific and targeted trainings to KYC teams/Data Officers;• Daily communication with KYC teams from all territories present in Lisbon platform, Regulatory team, Compliance, Front Office/Business and other stakeholders, ensuring KYC file is up to all standards of quality and due diligence required by the regulators and BNPP.

• Conducting an overall analysis and risk assessment of current and potential clients according to BNPP internal policies and procedures and European directives against AML/CFT;• Identify the client and its UBOs, related individuals and entities and ownership structure;• Collect (through public sources or from the client), classify and analyze legal documentation in relation to the client (such as incorporation documents, financial statements, partnership agreements, facility agreements, etc.);• Ensure and validate that documents are consistent, valid and adequate with internal procedures/guidelines;• Run background checks of entities and individuals and analyse hits related to adverse information, sanctions and PEPs;• Daily communication with Regulatory team, Compliance, Front Office/Business and other stakeholders, ensuring KYC file passes all quality and control reviews.
