I'm a co-founder, Director and Executive VP of People, Culture and Corporate Affairs of Ynvisible. I was the CEO of Ynvisible from the creation of the company to the closing of the RTO transaction with Ynvisible Interactive Inc. in January 2018. I led the founding of the company, designed the organization of the new commercial entity, was responsible for building a highly competent team and was also actively involved in the development of the company’s core IP portfolio and in establishing Ynvisible’s first manufacturing partnership and wider partner networks. As a COO, I led operations, people and finance after the RTO. In my current role, I'm deeply involved in the development and retention of our high performance team, as well as in promoting a culture of integrity, team work, agility and resilience. I'm also strongly involved in other critical areas of the company, from Finance, to Investor Relations and Marketing. As a "working" manager, I not only provide guidance and support to the teams in these different functions, but also work closely beside them so that we get things done, together! I have a degree in Environmental Engineering from the New University of Lisbon and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
