I am currently working as Compensation & Benefits Lead in NetJets Europe. Previously, I worked as Human Resources Business Partner Junior, in the Employee Experience area and as HR Support in different areas for NetJets Europe as well.I finished my MSc Management at Nova SBE, with a Major in Strategy & International Business, in 2018. I also have a BSc in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School. I believe that a Bachelor's degree is not enough, so taking a Master's degree in a broader area in order to expand my horizons and get myself a global perspective of how an organization works seemed a natural decision.For a year, I worked as a Junior Consultant at Mindshift Talent Advisor. During that period, I developed several Trainee Programmes and gave support to others, namely the EDP Trainee Program, MSD’s Trainee Program - Inventors on Board, and the Operations Management Trainee Program and Summer Internship Program from Jerónimo Martins. Aside from these HR projects, I also focused on social media management for the company. I consider myself an enthusiastic, hard-working and open-minded person, eager to always learn more, who has good interpersonal skills and therefore likes to work within a team, and someone who puts a lot of effort and passion in the things that does, always with determination.
