Financial ControllerAs Financial Controller I reported to the company´s Partners and Senior Project Managers in the areas of in Resources and Financial Services areas. I was responsible for analyzing the results giving suggestions for reducing cost to improve margin.Main responsibilities:- Responsible for planning projected sales, revenues, and margins for the Financial Services area each fiscal year, specifically for insurance clients.- Collaborated with responsible partners to conduct this planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.- Submitted planning information into the global tool, CBP (Client Business Process), enabling worldwide access and integration.- Conducted monthly meetings with project managers to ascertain planned sales, revenues, andpayroll/non-payroll costs.- Submitted monthly forecasts into the MME (Manage My Engagement) tool for tracking and review.- At the end of each month, performed detailed reviews comparing actual figures with forecasted data.- Provided explanations for variances between actual and forecasted figures to managers, offering actionable suggestions for cost reduction and margin maintenance.- Executed accruals and deferrals of profits and costs as necessary to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.- Ensured that monthly actual values aligned with the planned figures, maintaining financial disciplineand consistency.Main achievements:- Stable margins and confidence in the information received by Partners that helped them makingmanagement decisions;- In BPO, I identified inefficiencies in the workflow. I implemented streamlined processes andoptimized resource allocation. As a result, we maintained profit margins at 35%, ensuring projectprofitability and client satisfaction.
