Hey there! I'm Inês, a Research Data Scientist from a small beach town in northern Portugal who loves cooking, music, and yoga. I'm a hardworking and curious learner who's always seeking opportunities to challenge myself. In the past few years, I've been adventuring in the world of academic research, having had the chance to be part of some really cool projects in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. My focus since the last year of my MSc (and my thesis) has been in the area of ML fairness, an extremely important topic in our present society, where decision-making processes are being progressively more impacted by algorithms.With my diverse experience and soft skills, I'm sure to be a valuable asset to any team :)
