I am constantly learning and improve my skills to be able to adapt to the forever changing job market. I like to think of myself as a self-starter you give me a direction to go in and I’ll start my journey with my compass. I have a gift for sales, creativity thinking outside the box and making bold moves. I’m fascinated by data as it is the way Amazon was able to go to the behemoth it is now within three decades.I owned my own business previously and have worked a various industries, I’ve worn many hats so there’s not too much that I won’t do to get the job done. I’m down to earth and can build rapport literally with anyone in any situation. I believe that if you’re able to find out exactly what the customer needs and solve a problem that they may or may not know that they have to increase her bottom line you don’t have to make the sale, the sale will make it self. You just have to be able to close the deal and reassure your customer client that this option that you’re providing is a beneficial one to them and the goal that they seek.I really believe that culture and the work environment the culture that is being created there…. is what makes great employees that are willing to set the tone and to set the mark to greatness but it all begins with leadership.I resent the term human resource and think of myself more as a power plant or generator because I can change the perspective of someone expecting a horrible experience and leave them with a breath of fresh air in their experience.Failure is a part of the journey that must be embraced. Water cuts through stone not because of its strength but because of its consistency. In life I learned that you’re going to take a L it’s up to you rather it’s a loss or a lesson.
