My Role:Content creation, distribution and management of websiteSchedule, organise and manage internal/external events & webinars Work with creative agency to brainstorm concepts and ideas for driving brand awarenessDevelopment of promotional materials - participation in both digital and traditional marketing campaignsFacilitate regular updates to all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)Creating and managing content promoting Mind Gym’s impact, insights and news Serve as the point of contact for the marketing automation system – setting up campaigns and monitoring leads Collaborate and contribute internally to creative campaignsManage inbound lead flow and general requestsWork effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team cultureUnderstanding and managing multiple internal stakeholdersContribute with day-to-day marketing tasks

To manage and deliver marketing campaigns, maintain and manage the marketing database and support lead management and campaign measurement. Working across a variety of campaigns including content syndication, advertorials, external digital campaigns, lead nurture to complement overall marketing activity.Supporting management and delivery of joint partner and channel campaign activity.

JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Marketing & Communications Manager oversees the planning and execution of the marketing strategy , public relations (PR), events, education, social media, visual merchandising, media, incoming and CRM. Reported directly to the Manager and reports functionally to Corporate Marketing.
