Max Martin is a Director and principal Exercise Physiologist of iNform Health and Fitness Solutions. He completed an Applied Science Degree (Exercise and Sports Science) in 1998, and an Honours Degree in Human Movement in 2000. His primary areas of professional interest and expertise are in musculo-skeletal rehabilitation and treatment of obesity. Max has internationally peer reviewed publications in the areas of nutrition, obesity and physiology. He is regularly invited to lecture on Exercise Prescription and Rehabilitation to students of the University of South Australia and other tertiary educational institutions. Max serves his industry as a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) ,and as a member of Fitness Australia’s State Representative Council and REPs Council. In 2001 he and business partner Nathan Harten launched iNform, identifying a need in the community for a more scientific approach to exercise prescription, providing quality of care and personalised interventions as their key to success.iNform provides a safe and welcoming environment especially for those unaccustomed to exercise settings.
