El equipo RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) se enfoca principalmente en la seguridad, se encarga del mantenimiento, resolución de averías y reparar las máquinas que presenten algún fallo. Desempeña un papel integral para garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban sus pedidos a tiempo, desarrolla e inventa continuamente formas de mejorar los procesos con tecnologías con la robótica, sistema de gestión computarizado. Personalmente me esfuerzo constantemente para innovar procesos, aportar ideas y desarrollar proyectos para hacer de nuestro site un lugar seguro y eficiente.Skills:• Respuesta rápida a avería y fallos, sacando conclusiones de ellas e introduciendo acciones correctivas.• Trabajos de mantenimiento en transportadores, espirales AmbaFlex, robots (ABB, Clevertech, Fanuc).• Instalaciones de sensores y fotocélulas.• Analizar métricas en OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) para medir el porcentaje de calidad de las maquinas.• Preventivo y correctivo de Flejadoras ErgoPack.• Preventivo y correctivo de Water tape (Better Pack 555e). • Manejo del software DATAMAN, herramienta para visualizar y parametrizar las lecturas de las cámaras cognex.• Manejo del software NORDCON, herramienta de parametrización de los variadores de frecuencia.
