Since October 2018 I'm working as a Functional Application Manager at the Onderlinge. Thanks to my Executive Manager, who gave me the opportunity to lead the Office 365-project that helped our company to transform our office into a paperless one (among other things). After the successful completion of the project, I stayed at the Information Management Team. There I'm responsible for the user management, user manuals, training and functional management of Office 365, it's applications and our Intranet. Furthermore I'm also functionally responsible for one of our sales applications. That application needs to be renewed, so I’m looking forward to a new project!

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents; organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements; take,type and distribute minutes of meetings; maintain schedules and calendars; arrange and confirm appointments; handle incoming mail and other material; set up and maintain filing systems; set up work procedures; collate information; maintain databases; communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information; liaison with internal and external contacts; coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally;

Belangrijkste werkzaamhedenVoorbereiden correspondentie, rapporten en overige documenten; het organiseren en coördineren van vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten; het verzorgen van zakelijke reizen; het maken, uitwerken en verspreiden van notulen; het maken en bevestigen van afspraken en het bijhouden van agenda´s en planningen; verwerken inkomende post/mail .Het opzetten en onderhouden van het archiefsysteem; het opzetten en bijhouden van werkprocessen.Informatie verzamelen; databases onderhouden; mondeling en schriftelijk communiceren in Nederlands en Engels; onderhouden contacten met externe partijen; coördineren van de gegevens die intern en extern werden uitgewisseld.

Started at the Office sales force of Esveha and ascended to Head Office sales Cross. I directed 4 co-workers and was responsible for stock purchase, services and after sales.Esveha was bought by the Van Dorp Group in 2004 and eventualy seized to exist. Cross Benelux has been dismantled in 2008/2009.
