Typing, keeping schedules, reports, worked for the only SES in the Air Warfare Center had 3 different jobs during that time frame doing a variety of jobs, mostly typing, editing for pilot training guides, inspections, reports, etc.

Was responsible for keeping a GLCM missile squadron running smoothly, numerous schedules, reports, inspections - including INF inspections, policies, etc.

Worked for the USAFE MWR office, was responsible for keeping schedules, typing, reports, inspections, policies, travel arrangements, conferences, anything that was needed at the command level.

I worked in the Vocational Rehabilitation Office, we had a manager and 3 counselors/psychiatrists, had a work study work who worked for me and we coded and helped those in need of rehab.

I was the secretary for one of the group managers, handled all documents, etc., from audited individuals and corporations that owed the government money. We got our first PC there and had to schedule time to use it as we shared it with many other secretaries.

I was responsible for inputting data into the computer linked to Tinker AFB and to do secretarial work, my first Civil Service job.

Was the only typist/secretary for a missile squadron the other two squadrons had two positions, I was was Airman of the Quarter and Airman of the Year and was selected to attend the Olympic Arena, not to compete, but see the competition at Vandenberg AFB, CA.
