Through my internship I have: - Identified funding opportunities for clients including government/ corporate grants and partnerships with philanthropic organisations - Undertaken market research and competitor analysis - Learned about data-driven strategies and services including data visualisation, software development and analytics- Worked collaboratively in a high performing team - Practised giving and receiving constructive feedback within my team

As part of the Global Challenges degree, this year we received training through Venturetec, a consulting firm specialising in corporate innovation, strategies for growth, and venture–building.The course taught me:• The frameworks and tools utilised in consulting to understand the client and their needs.• To consider the larger organisation, their values, and image when innovating new solutions.• The projects involved delegating responsibilities, having open honest communication, and providing constructive feedback to peers.• How to effectively work within a team to complete complex tasks on time and to a high standard.
