Market Director - Nutrition Services for three hospital facilities in Tennessee and Georgia.Plan, administer and direct all food and nutrition service activities specific to compliance with standards established by the CommonSpirit Health and regulatory agencies. Coordinate and control resources of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to provide food service for customers, employees and patients. Prepare the budget and assist in the development of short -term and long-term financial and operational plans for the department.Monitor the performance of the department through assessment and analysis of customer/patient satisfaction systems, quality and nutritional assessments, inspections, and financial reports. Complete QAPI assessment reports and corrective actions in collaboration with the hospital.

- Ensure maintenance of required records and documents, including formal test results, inspections, file samples, vendor performance, product complaints and product disposition. - Create necessary systems, including communication systems, to remove bottlenecks, information flow issues and other inefficiencies from the QA department.- Ensure quality maintenance on all equipment at Paul Huff and Keith Street. - Create training as necessary for over 250 employees.- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees. Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, and wage and hour. Ensure compliance with government regulations and education on industry trends.- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance of over 250 employees. Ensure food services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation.
