Responsible for 4 offices in a 14 office Employment Service Franchise. Oversaw and generated $10 million in Sales in the Pontiac, Saginaw, Clinton Township and Pt. Huron areas. Hired, trained and managed sales and office staff for a $33 Million dollar franchise operation. Developed and implemented the Area Manager position from the ground up. Organized and supplied new employee policy and procedure manuals and training formats, sales quotas and awards programs. Maintained my own customer base generating $3 Million in sales annually. Area Manager of the year 2000. Produced Spherion's highest growth office in the Nation in 1999.
