• Create all training programs for the multi-unit (and growing) restaurant chain, then continually develop material and supervise training procedures in all store locations.• Manage all HR paperwork and personnel files; act as liaison between all Bruxie employees and outside HR company. • Plan all new store opening procedures and events related to personnel. Responsible for hiring advertisements and fairs, budgeting, on-boarding, team training, soft-openings, team scheduling, etc. • Lead teams (of up to 50 people) to open new store locations, including acting in a managerial role and contributing to company’s impeccable guest service standards. • Develop company-wide standards related to training, hiring, team development, safety, HR, store operations, and industry requirements and regulations; In addition, analyzing all documentation and procedures , problem-solving when necessary, and working in a team environment to make related decisions and implement changes. • Achievements:o Promoted through several positions in under 1.5 years: cashier, shift leader, trainer, supervisor, and manager. o Created initial training program through an internship; used this program to successfully open second restaurant location. Used success in internship to create full-time position of Training Manager.
