My heart lies in aviation. Working with aircraft is for me both a hobby and work. Although I have a preference for aviation, I am not finicky about work. I have many skills and skills I do not possess, I want to learn. Learning new skills is important to me because I am therefore more employable and ensures that my work remains diverse. In addition, I also like to explore new possibilities and being creative. Once I have the confidence that I meet the basic requirements for my work and I’m considered equal by my co-workers, I am naturally looking for new ways to do my job. I strive for perfection and my goal is always to surpass my teacher. Though I know my goals are not always realistic, I simply can not settle for mediocrity. My quest for more knowledge and expressing creativity are urges I can not suppress. A job that does not challenge my intellect (IQ +130) can not keep me interested for a long time.I am more result-driven than time-driven. Though I aim to complete my tasks within the set time frame, I am not ready until my work complies with all requirements. Since failure in respect to aviation is not an option, I do not consider this fact to be undesireable. Any employer that knows and accepts this fact, can find a loyal employee in me that will not rest until the original task requirements have been met and probably surpassed.
