Responsibilities included coordination of project approval processes and investment decision control for the Development Selection Team, portfolio milestone planning and monitoring including reporting to corporate and function management, and coordination of Peer Reviews and Assurance Checks. Other tasks involved providing cost estimation (deterministic and probabilistic) and planning services to the Project Services team, risk management, coordination of project investment decision documents and development of tollgating procedures and systems.

Primary support focused on commercial, budget and economics functions. Other key tasks included coordination of Alvheim FPSO PDO and other decision support documentation, maintenance of CAPEX/OPEX investment profiles, coordination of economic parameters, and compilation and maintenance of economic models. Established and chaired the Sports and Social Club.
