- Managing and building strong relationships with suppliers - Communication with the suppliers: negotiations, correspondence, phone communication, videoconferencing- Analysis stocks of warehouse, formation of the orders schedule and replenishment warehouse stock - Negotiations with suppliers about the cost and terms of payment for ordered products - Control and preparation of all documents required for delivery and customs clearance timely and accurately (invoices, contracts, packing lists, certificates of origin etc.)- Organization of clearing the goods (preparation of the necessary documentation for customs clearance, work with broker, the solution to all situations encountered in customs clearance of goods)- Solution of claim issues with suppliers (payment, non-delivery, marriage, etc.)- Translations (negotiations, correspondence, commercial offers, presentations, technical documentation, advertising materials etc.)- Planning payments (payments forecasting, reporting about already made payment)- Tracking demand, market trends, market monitoring and searching a new suppliers - Attract new producers to work with company (meetings with producers, negotiations on cooperation, discussion of conditions of mutual work)- Handling incoming requests from sales managers- Organization of business trips (visa issues, trainings, exhibitions)
