Successfully organized AMEX Leadership summit 2019, that brought together civil society leaders from 14 countries. Conceptualized the theme, agenda and sessions in consultation with Alumni. Streamlined the Leadership Summit organization process and developed best practices to set it up for success in coming years.Designed structure and strategy for 60-member AMEX Alumni Taskforce, a global volunteer group, responsible for promoting peer-learning events and engaging 4300 alumni of the AMEX Leadership Academy, across the world.

As part of the fellowship team designed and managed programs to engage a 400+ network of Ashoka Fellows (pioneering social entrepreneurs) working on all the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in India. These programs focused on system change impact strategy and leadership & organizational development. Conceptualized Changemaker Dinners, an engagement program to facilitate cross-sector collaborations. Organized 23 Dinners in 14 cities, engaging over 250 senior social, business and government leaders. This initiative resulted in several partnerships and an unrestricted fund commitment of USD 45,000

Created a yearlong hands-on entrepreneurship program for women. Raised USD 20,000 and empowered a women’s group to manage funds and build the first school in the region as an enterprise activity.Liaise with state government, NGOs, education institutes and local businesses to design & implement the first career-counseling program for 2500 indigenous youth in the region.Partnered with the local government to create replicable sustainable solutions on education, nutrition, and livelihood, impacting over 500 participants.

Saudaagar used franchised based rural retail model as a tool for creating livelihood opportunities for differently abled people.In additional to creating sustainable income for differently abled entrepreneurs, Saudaagar also facilitated interconnection between urban-rural and rural-rural markets. Saudagar was incubated by Indian Angel Networks (IAN) Delh and was Showcased at a conference on Innovation by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), 2012Saudaagar also won National Social Business Plan Competitions at Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) and Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM, Bhopal)
