Efficiently allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and meet deadlines. 2. Team Leadership & ManagementFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop improvement plans. 3. Technical Expertise & Guidance : Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure best practices are followed. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. 4. Stakeholder Management Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are updated on project progress. Set and manage expectations with clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes. Actively seek and incorporate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution. 5. Process Improvement Lead the team in adopting Agile practices, ensuring processes are continuously refined for efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline workflows. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. 6. Strategic Planning & Vision Ensure that project goals align with the company’s overall vision and strategy. Participate in the creation of product roadmaps and long-term planning initiatives. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success against strategic goals. 7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with other departments (e.g., design, QA) to ensure seamless project execution. Establish clear communication channels between teams to ensure transparency and collaboration.
