One of my core strengths is the ability to identify and effectively utilise unused or underutilised capacity within healthcare settings. I have successfully coordinated projects to optimise resource usage during non-peak periods, such as evenings and weekends. This has included activating underutilised operating theatres, expanding imaging capacity through extended hours, and utilising dialysis units to provide extra filtrations. Additionally, I have repurposed space to accommodate additional consultations and procedures, thereby maximising the service and improving patient access without the need for significant additional investment. By collaborating with stakeholders, I have ensured that these initiatives are cost-effective and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, resulting in measurable improvements in service delivery and patient satisfaction.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
