Inspired Creations was formed in July of 2002 by Nichole Hill. While located in Costa Mesa, California, Inspired Creations has worked with clients from all over the continental United States. The philosophy of Inspired Creations is to provide successful and effective design that inspires and calls others into action.I meet with clients to determine direction and audience for each project. I conceptualize, design and oversee the printing of various marketing materials across print, packaging and signage while maintaining brand consistency and a high level of design quality.CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:I challenged Nichole to create a direct mail piece that was going to stand out and not get lost in someone’s inbox. At the same time, the creative needed to deliver the offer in compelling and visual manner. I needed this piece to stand out and she nailed it! Nine months and 3 direct marketing offers later, we have received over $800,000 in incremental business as a direct result of her efforts. Worked closely with Creative Director and Project Manager to keep on budget, timing and brand consistency in mind when designing projects. Worked along side a fellow Graphic Designer and a Color Specialist to conceptualize and design numerous in-house projects and the development of many license products.

Worked closely with two Creative Directors on various ad campaigns, marketing materials and packaging from concept to final production. Oversaw computer graphic production for design consistency and brand consistency. Coordinate outside services and prioritize work according to client and department schedule. Carried out production on all advertising & marketing materials for Art Director including photo retouching. Also took care of all presentation preparation, trafficing of jobs through agency, press approvals and vendor coordination.Clients included: Taylor Woodrow Homes, SeaCountry Homes, Hearthside Homes, Systems Paving, PATCO, Tectrix, Meyers Group

Manage marketing department by analyzing information gathered and collaborating with production team on design possibilities. Design of direct mail postcards and travel ads. Design and editorial layout of company monthly and bimonthly magazines (CruiseNet Magazine and CruiseNet Collection).
