Proven track record too, of building and sustaining effective networks for change leaders. My passion and drive is helping people develop their leadership capacity to make change happen. Experiential learning workshops and events, are designed to challenge thinking, inspire new ideas and ways of doing things, and strengthen confidence, courage and resilience. Great things often happen when people who would not normally meet, are brought together to share experience and learn from each other. I have great experience and success in building effective networks and connections - joining the dots - of those who should and could be in contact for potentially, mutually beneficial collaboration - forming "coalitions of the willing". Change (culture, attitudes, behaviours, practices) needs a 'critical mass' of people, in teams or at specific levels, sharing the will and vision to make it happen – a coalition of the willing - and better able to see both opportunities and problems at an earlier stage.
