Key Responsibilities:- Supervise overall maintenance activities related to Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System and review ordering of backup spares, recommend critical spares and periodically monitor spares inventory.- Plan annual shutdown including manpower employments, task scheduling, budgeting, spare arrangements, 3rd party resources etc.- Identify causes of equipment failure and recommend remedial actions to ensure safe & smooth operations of equipment. Also, develop and maintain a comprehensive database of maintenance failures, problems, causes and remedies that can help in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).- Prepare feasibility of in-house projects, initiate bidding process and provide support in site execution.- Responsible for Preparing budget plans for upcoming year & work plan for ongoing year according to approved budgets- Responsible for preparation and implementation of Management of Change (MOC) procedures for all on-site changes.- Guide junior engineers in the preparation of SOP’s, maintenance procedures & initiate final documents, update in Maximo & ensure implementation of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise overall operation & maintenance activities related to Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System.- Prepare of weekly maintenance plans, manpower management, plans implementation and update history logs.- Responsible for action on recommendation of root cause failure analysis & keep updated data base. - Ensure trouble free operation and minimize down time of Electrical & Instrumentation systems.- Execution of Management of Change procedures.- Review & supervise electrical systems, instrument installation, commissioning & operations in project phase. Log punch points & discuss with project teams for early actions.- Coordinate with project department and share daily observation to ensure smooth installation as per standards.- Ensure availability of as-built drawings, manuals, and other relevant documents.- Finalize technical specifications & initiate orders for 02 years operational spares. Also, conduct technical review of quotations & correspondence with relevant suppliers & OEM’s.- Attend project progress review meetings, share observations and support contractor in commissioning of different systems.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise overall operation & maintenance activities related to Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System.- Prepare of weekly maintenance plans, manpower management, plans implementation and update history logs.- Supervise in-house projects and ensure their timely and smooth completion.- Provide technical assistance to production and site teams during installation, and commissioning of projects.- Initiate ordering of commissioning and backup operational spares. Conduct technical review of quotations & correspondence with relevant suppliers & OEM’s.- Monitor operations and apply best practices to areas of improvement.- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.- Mentor and guide team members during each project stage. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Key Responsibilites:- Provide support to instrument in-charge during erection & commissioning of Makori Facility. - Ensure corrective, predictive & preventive maintenance of instrument & control systems. Ensure trouble free operation and minimize down time of Electrical & Instrumentation systems.- Provide assistance in preparation of SOP’s & Maintenance plans.- Provide assistance in inventory management, ordering of backup spares and in-house projects execution. - Prepare and advance management plans to ensure timely completion of projects.- Inspect and monitor all the project related materials, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for erection, commissioning & operations of electrical equipment (VFD, Motors, Starters, Switchgears, MCC, transformers, power distribution network and cable laying.- Develop predictive & preventive maintenance plans and its execution.- Monitor and prepare performance review of electrical systems and suggestions for improvements on a daily basis.- Provide assistance in routine electrical activities and planning of in-house projects.
