Adam currently serves on the International team at Chick-fil-A, leading the strategy for restaurant technology. This role enables enhanced experiences for restaurant operators, team members, and guests.Adam is an executive-level consultant with expertise in international development, corporate strategy, and experience design. He has served clients in financial services, retail, and hospitality, with significant experience in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.As a consultant, Adam has helped clients expand their brand reach and experiences into new, international markets. He has led global teams and organizations with on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, as well as managing full P&L for these groups. Additionally, Adam has influenced their technology strategy to align with a vision that delivers on cost and revenue expectations. He thrives in environments where he can drive transformation programs centered on new sources of revenue, creating strategies, driving growth, and elevating the role of the customer across a client’s organization.Adam is also an entrepreneur. He founded Teleios, a consultancy, in 2009. In 2016, he started Real Data, a customer experience firm, which he successfully exited in 2018. Currently, he runs Dirty South Atelier, a design firm, which he founded in 2013.
