As Head and Co-founder of Career Readiness at SkillSurvey, I led and adapted SkillSurvey’s proven HR solution, used by over 50 million job candidates and references, to enable higher education institutions to measure and assess student career readiness in eight key competencies. In less than 12 months from launch, SkillSurvey Career Readiness was named winner of its “Best Competency-based Education (CBE) Solution” award in the EdTech Breakthrough Awards program for their work with the NACE Center for Career Development and Talent Acquisition in creating The Career Readiness Project.
