As part of HGA, Dave Tessier and I directed the vision, design, programming and sale of the W Nashville Hotel. We partnered with HKS, Rockwell Group and Yates Construction to execute on the vision. We opened the hotel on October 6, 2021 and sold it on March 28, 2022. We led and executed a nearly 70% profit on the project for our investors, partners and ourselves. On-going responsibilities: Oversight of regional forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, financial returns, investment analyses and pursuit of growth and strategic initiatives. Internal consultant on activities related to the financial structure, terms, and support of negotiation process for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and management contracts, leases, and loans to owners in the Americas. Region was comprised of 3,200+ hotels (420,000+ rooms) including the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, StayBridge, Candlewood, Indigo and Holiday Vacation Club brands. Accomplishments:• Reorganized FP&A and Investment Analysis teams in order to enhance credibility and business partnering.• Drove consistent reporting tools and models to assist in gauging forecast and capital risk.

Ft. Lauderdale, Fl / The Bahamas, Paradise Island

On-going responsibilities: Support President, CFO and Executive Committee in development and operational initiatives. Responsible for business analysis, decision support, executive management and board communications, forecasting, budgeting and feasibility for new and existing businesses. Maintain strategic plan including driving quarterly business planning process. Provide support to global subsidiaries as needed. KIRI businesses include the Atlantis resort (3,000 rooms, 40+ F&B outlets, casino, golf, waterpark, dolphin and marine operations), Reef at Atlantis (500 room condo hotel), One and Only Ocean Club (108 room luxury resort), and Harborside (300 unit timeshare resort).Accomplishments:• Led feasibility effort for $1B expansion on Paradise Island, The Bahamas.
