Responsibilities: -In charge of a team of 15 people -Consulting with business leaders in order to guide decision making process; -Mentoring and coordinating team; -Identify opportunities in process improvement and design; -Reporting and ad-hoc analysis; -Contribute to planning, forecast and trend analysis; -Set up monthly meetings with team in order to identify problems, actions to solve the problems; reorganize activities based on workload of each team member; -First level of contact for correction actions indicated by supervisor or another level of management; -Supervision of delegate activities;-End to End administration of projects;- responsible for Month End Close activities on German projects. -deciding and also processing standard and non-standard journals required to clear balances and adjust PL: revenue accruals and deferrals, cost accruals and deferrals, various adjustments, penalty contingencies, prepayments; -plan versus actuals analysis, deviatiations on revenue and cost side;-Balance Sheet reconciliations, blocked payments to vendor on project POs investigations;-bid and T&T cost amortizations on projects;-leasing reconciliations on projects;-Project invoicing according to contracts, revenue recognition according to project specifics;-Cost and revenue planning according to requirements;-labor costs tracking.

My personal daily tasks comprise of activities centered on end to end managing (especially on the P&L and Balance Sheet part) of HP projects with different German customers, such as:-contract master and/or sales order booking - transferring physical contracts into SAP information-invoice issuing, based on SAP contract masters and sales orders-providing support to finance/business/delivery managers on the revenue forecasting side-revenue and cost planning-account reconciliation-client info management in SAP-forecast vs. actuals analysis-providing support for the credit & collections team-ensuring the proper revenue recognition method for each project is implemented-offering support to the new hires-keeping accurate records of each project-making sure that each project/contract change is timely reflected in SAP

My activity has been centered on identifying and fulfilling the needs of external and internal clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), which means:-creating, updating and sending of purchase orders to suppliers-establishing contact with the vendors and getting the necessary information so that I would then be able to add them as legal entities within our systems-getting and sending proof of payments and communicating information related to payments to suppliers and people abroad within the company-delivering technical support and instructing and educating suppliers in relation with orders and invoices creation-inputting credit notes received from vendors in SAP-blocked invoice resolution, maintaining a constant contact, to this aim, with suppliers and coworkers abroad-providing on the job training to new hires.
