Our pipeline begins with Hackathons, fostering idea generation and team formation. Startups then transition to the AMS Startup Booster, where business ideas are refined and developed. For those ready to bring their concepts to life, the Prototyping Lab offers resources for product development and prototyping. Finally, Amsterdam Circular prepares startups for investor engagement, ensuring they're ready for co-financing opportunities. At AMS, we're committed to providing end-to-end support, guiding startups from inception to investment, all with a vision of reshaping urban futures.

As a program manager, I oversaw content and facilitation for the AMS Startup Booster and EIT UM Accelerator, coaching 24 startups in business development with four of these startups securing over €2m in total funding. My expertise spanned from startup scouting, market segmentation, value proposition and business model development, to MVP design and rapid prototyping. Notably, two of our startups, OTIV & baqme, were recognized as the best European startups in the mobility sector for 2022.
