- provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of 16 QA engineers (10 manual and 6 automation)- delegate tasks and responsibilities strategically, balancing workload and priorities across manual automation testing efforts- define and communicate QA strategies, goals and priorities to align with overall project objectives and business goals- develop comprehensive QA plans, methodologies and processes tailored to project requirements, technology stack and industry best practices- collaborate with stakeholders to identify QA requirements, risks, dependencies and incorporate them into project planning and execution- establish metrics and KPIs to measure QA effectiveness, efficiency and quality, and track progress against defined targets- review and approve test plans, test cases and automation scripts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and QA objectives- implement tools and technologies to streamline QA process, enhance productivity and improve overall testing efficiency- provide technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers, offering mentorship, coaching and support in testing methodologies, tools and technologies- act as liaison between QA team, development teams, product owners and other stakeholders ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and timely resolution of issues- present QA status updates, test results and recommendations to project stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into QA activities and progress.
